It is the 23 years old chief’s idea is to add cannabis to his herb and spice collection. The result? as the chef himself describes “You’re eating with a different perception with each bite, with each course. You’re literally changing your brain chemistry and you are viewing this food differently than you did five minutes ago, 10 minutes ago.”
For those who have their medical marijuana cards, you can john the chief in banquets around Los Angeles for $20-$200, or invite him to your private event for $500 per head.
